Arbitro per le Controversie Finanziarie

Value Italy has adhered to the “Arbitro per le Controversie Finanziarie” (“ACF”), set up by Consob, a system of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedures regarding financial matters between intermediaries and investors different from qualified investors pursuant to art. 6, par. 2-quater and professional investors pursuant to art. 6 par. 2—quinquies and 2-sexies of UFA.

The right to access the ACF is free of charge, cannot be waived by eligible investors, and can always be exercised, even if agreements signed by eligible investors with Value Italy SGR contain clauses devolving disputes to other ADR bodies.
